The Books (stacked) are a spawn in doom and the precise
location can be seen in the picture below. It has a rarity of 3 and
spawns approximately every 6 or 8 hours (it is unknown when or how
the timers change). The Coordinates are: 126o 7'N 63o 4'W (X: 426 Y:
189).
The second spawning variation of Books (stacked) can
be seen in the picture below. The spawn timer and rarity is the same
for both variations.The Coordinates are: 125o 19'N 63o 37'W (X: 418
Y: 198).

You need at least 100 stealing before you can even attempt
to steal a rare in doom. But if you only have 100 it could literally
take hundreds of tries until you are successful. You should have at
least 110 stealing (115 is recommended) before attempting to hunt doom
rares professionaly.
