24-32 hours (it is unknown how or when the timer changes). The Coordinates
are: 141o 56'N 61o 44'W (X: 445Y: 9).

to steal a rare in doom. But if you only have 100 it could literally
take hundreds of tries until you are successful. You should have at
least 110 stealing (115 is recommended) before attempting to hunt doom
rares professionaly.
