There are two rocks spawns per day: One in Trammel and one in Felucca. Both of the spawns are at the same location, and are simply just on different facets. The spawning location is on the island of Buccaneer's Den, behind the bath house on the north part of the island. The Coordinates are 37o 52'S 95o 37'E.

Immediately at server up, a "rocks" will spawn on the ground in the picture below. The exact location for the "rocks" spawn can vary a few tiles from shard to shard and can be picked up by anyone. There is no need for a thief, nor is there any need any special skills. Simply be the first person up and logged in, and grab the item off the ground as quick as you can.
